Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are shipped from Youngstown, OH
  • Orders may be shipped by a carrier of Invent2Make's choosing
  • Items are typically shipped fulfilled within 3 business days (not including weekends and holidays)
  • Successfully placed orders will receive a confirmation email with order details.  If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us at info@invent2make.com.  We will not be able to make changes to your order after it ships.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address.  We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping

  • Domestic orders:  We offer flat rate shipping based on total order weight.  Orders less than 1 lb ship via USPS First Class Mail.  Orders greater than 1 lb ship via USPS Priority.  We do offer expedited shipping upon request for an additional fee.  Orders in excess of 20 lb may be assessed an additional fee.

  • International orders:  Rates are calculated at the time of checkout based on the address entered.  Import, customs and other fees are not included and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Local pickup:  Free local pickup is available upon request.  Please contact us for additional information at info@invent2make.com.
